Was travelling back to Forli from Brescia on Thursday. The whole journey took about 5 to 6 hours from the factory to my door step.
Well, nice scenery. Cold and without jacket. But it was ok as the temperature was not as cold as on the mountain in Scalve where it drops to 6 Degrees Celcius on the last morning of my stay.
So, was at the Brescia station. Saw many chinese restaurants nearby the train station. And ofcos, many chinese too. After alighted the train, went direct to the ticket counter and check the schedule for the earliest train to Bologna. Need to know this, because if it was too late, have to inform boss that i need to stay overnite in Brescia. Didn;t want to stay overnite at the Bologna station like the other time and wait for the 430am train to Forli.
Too many ppl at the ticket counter. Need to know the schedule fast and firgured it out that it will be a problem communicating with the officer at the counter so was looking for another alternative. Thats when i saw the Customer Care sign. Followed the signboard and there was i, infront of the office.
Knock knock, went in. Asked the personnel there, ofcos, in English! But he was answering me with Italiano. I said sorry, i don't speak Italian at the moment. Then he was there, mumbling... and i heard something like... "Italy.... bla bla bla... no italiano? bla bla bla bla..." So, i guess he was trying to say. "You idiot, you are in Italy, and you dont speak Italiano?"
Well, thats what i thought he was saying. But hello??? You are working as a Customer Care personnel, aren't you supposed to know at least some simple english? This is the problem that i've been facing with the TrenItalia at the moment, most of them, No Speak English. And there was one time, some of them just avoid me when i was trying to ask them something. They just point at the f*(king screen and well... thats it, you figured it out yourself!
So, finally, called my boss, pass the phone to him. They bla bla bla in italiano and got back the phone. Follow the instructions, went to buy tickets, Brescia > Verona>Bologna>Forli.Arrived at Forli at about midnite.
Sigh! When will i get my car!
